General Information

The products in this online store are sold by RUGGIE / Madesign Oy, Business ID 2589972-9. We sell products to private individuals of legal age within our delivery area. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered online through the shopping cart at: ruggie.design

All orders are confirmed by email, including the total price, shipping costs, and ordered products. Receiving an order confirmation requires providing a valid email address when placing the order.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.

Payment Methods

Payment Service Provider

Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.

In case of complaints, please primarily contact the supplier of the product.

Delivery Time

We dispatch orders within 48 hours on business days. The standard delivery time from our Finnish warehouse to addresses in Finland is 2–4 business days.

Delivery Methods and Shipping Costs

Shipping costs include packaging and postage. You can view the shipping costs after selecting the payment and delivery method in the shopping cart.

Orders are delivered as parcels or letters. Only parcels can be tracked with a tracking code. If the customer requests a shipment to be handled as “fragile”, an additional handling fee according to the current postal service pricing will be added.

We currently offer free home delivery for rug orders in Finland.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers have a 14-day right of return and exchange in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation. The right of return only applies to products in resalable condition. If the product has become dirty or damaged during customer use, compensation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Please always contact our customer service before returning any products.

Returned products must be sent using a return authorization provided by our customer service. Returns from Finland are free of charge. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns made more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return has been approved, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and processed.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Deliveries

If a product is lost during shipping, damaged, or the customer receives the wrong product, the customer must notify us immediately by email at hello@ruggie.design

Claims regarding damaged or incorrect deliveries must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. If the package has been damaged during transport, a complaint must also be filed immediately with the shipping carrier.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. Customers must review the currently valid terms before placing an order.

We also collect personal data for marketing purposes. The legal basis for this processing is customer consent.
